David has extensive international management, operational and technical sales experience, both in the medical/healthcare and wireless communications market sectors, where he has a track record of dramatically growing revenue and profit.

Prior to joining Sarantel, he served as a Director at RF Micro Devices where he managed their Bluetooth product line and their European Sales organization.

In these roles he was responsible for managing customer relationships with multiple top-tier handset manufacturers. Before venturing into executive management, David completed his Master of Science degree in Engineering Management after serving 7 years as a commissioned officer with the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Prior to becoming CTO at Sarantel, Oliver was Chief Technologist at Symmetricom Limited from 1991 to 2000, where he was responsible for leading a team of specialist radio systems and design engineers.

With over 20 years experience in the radio communications industry at Symmetricom, Plessey, and Philips Research Laboratories, Oliver is accredited with over 100 patents for miniature dielectric loaded antennas, which form the existing intellectual property assets of the Company. Oliver leads all research & development efforts building on his inventions at Sarantel.

Prior to joining Sarantel, Brad was a Founder and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for two telecommunications equipment startups, and Executive Director and Division Manager of Symmetricom's Transmission Products Division that included RF technology and antenna devices.

He has 20 years experience selling systems and components to all the major telecommunications manufacturers and operators in North America. Brad is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer support services in the Americas.

Joe has over 20 years experience in the telecoms industry, specializing in international business, public affairs, and contracts management.

Joe comes to Sarantel from AT&T, then Lucent Technologies where he was AVP of Asia/Pacific Marketing, leading sales negotiations valued at $2 billion, and was a lecturer on Telecom Policy & Strategy at Nanyang Technological University's E-Commerce MBA program in Singapore.

Joe is responsible for sales, marketing, and customer support services in the Asia/Pacific region.

Mike has 10 years experience in high-volume manufacturing processes, and holds an BSc from Cambridge and MSc in Advanced Manufacturing from the University of Salford.

Prior to joining Sarantel, Mike ran a $100M manufacturing plant for Domino UK Ltd, a world-class manufacturer of industrial ink-jet and laser printers, and Viasystems, a global manufacturer of PCBs and related equipment to the telecom, automotive, computer, and instrumentation industries.

Mike is responsible for Sarantel's global manufacturing operations.

Mark was Production Manager at Symmetricom, responsible for antenna products before joining Sarantel. Prior to that, he was Technical Director for Precision Metal Limited, a microwave antenna supplier to the telecoms and satcoms industries.

Mark has over 20 years experience in technical negotiations with UK and European customers, technical design, implementation of ISO9000 procedures and implementation of MRP systems. Mark is responsible for applications engineering and support engineering services.

Alan brings 10 years of sales and business development experience with wireless technology companies including Centurion, the world's leading manufacturer of antennas for mobile telephones.

He has worked successfully with all the major international OEM and ODM mobile phone manufacturers and various Blue-chip companies during his career. Alan is responsible for Sarantel sales in Europe.
